Supply chain management is a mess. We are here to fix that.

Spend less time fixing paperwork. More time moving goods.

Boex helps your customers prepare complete, consistent trade information before it reaches your team.

Terms, parties and documents are brought together in one agreed digital record, giving you clearer information to work from and reducing the emails, missing details and repeated data entry that slow every shipment down.

See how Boex supports forwarders

Your customer
stays your customer

You provide the logistics expertise. Boex helps your customer get the trade information right.

Boex does not replace the freight forwarder, customs broker or logistics provider. It sits alongside your existing services, helping importers and exporters organise, agree and share the information your team needs.

You retain the customer relationship. We help reduce the paperwork surrounding it.

When the paperwork is wrong, it becomes your problem

Your team should not have to spend its time chasing information that should have been agreed before the shipment reached you.

Yet freight forwarders regularly receive:

  • Incomplete or inconsistent invoices
  • Missing customs and commercial information
  • Different terms across different documents
  • Outdated attachments buried in email chains
  • Banking, party or delivery details that need to be checked again
  • Documents that must be corrected and resubmitted
  • Customers who recreate the same information for every shipment

Every correction takes time. Every delay reduces capacity. Every uncertainty creates another risk for your team and your customer.

Boex helps fix the trade upstream

Boex gives the customer one place to create and manage the commercial record behind the shipment.

Parties, terms, banking details and supporting documents are connected to the same trade. Customers can invite their counterparty to review the information, request changes and sign before the trade moves forward.

Your team receives clearer information with a visible record of what was agreed.

Prepared customers. Smooth shipments.

More complete information

Customers are guided through a structured trade record, reducing the chance that essential information is overlooked.

Fewer versions

Documents and agreed terms are kept together, so your team does not have to work out which email attachment is current.

Less repeated data entry

Information can be reused across documents and repeat trades instead of being entered again for every shipment.

Clearer accountability

Boex records changes, approvals and signatures, creating a clear history of what was agreed, when and by whom.

Stronger customer relationships

Help customers trade with more confidence while reinforcing your role as the partner who makes international movement possible.

One platform. Two powerful ways to support your customers.

CounterSign | Get agreement without onboarding

A customer, supplier or buyer may need to approve a trade without joining another platform.

CounterSign allows them to review the parties, terms, banking information and documents through a secure email link. They can sign or request changes without creating a Boex account.

Once signed, the customer has a complete, time-stamped record with the supporting documents and audit history kept together.

CounterSign gives your customers:

  • No additional account to create
  • One clear place to review the trade
  • A simple choice to sign or request changes
  • Fewer PDFs and email attachments
  • A stronger record of agreement

Help customers DDP (deliver duty paid into) the EU | DDP powered by Boex

DDP used to mean that a UK exporter needed its own EU VAT number and fiscal representation.

With Boex, eligible customers can use our EORI structure to deliver goods duty paid without establishing their own EU VAT registration or arranging separate fiscal representation.

Boex supports the trade structure and documentation. You continue to manage the freight movement and customer relationship.

This gives freight forwarders a practical way to help customers:

  • Offer EU buyers a simpler delivery experience
  • Avoid unexpected charges at delivery
  • Reduce VAT and documentation friction
  • Reopen or expand UK-to-EU trade
  • Use DDP once or as part of regular trading

The exporter retains ownership of the goods until the agreed transfer point. Boex does not buy, sell or take title to the goods.

How Boex works with your forwarding service

1. Introduce the customer

Identify customers whose shipments are repeatedly delayed by incomplete documentation, counterparty approval or UK-EU trade complexity.

2. Create the trade

The customer adds the parties, commercial terms, banking information and supporting documents to Boex.

3. Review and agree

The counterparty joins the trade or uses CounterSign to review, sign or request changes.

4. Prepare the shipment

Your team works from clearer, more consistent information, with the documents and agreed terms kept together.

5. Reuse and repeat

For the next shipment, the customer can reuse the trade structure rather than starting again from emails, spreadsheets and disconnected PDFs.

Works alongside the systems you already use

Boex is not a freight management system or customs declaration platform.

It is the digital coordination layer that helps customers organise the commercial information behind a shipment before it reaches your operational systems.

Boex can bring together:

  • Commercial invoices
  • Packing lists
  • Purchase orders
  • Certificates of origin
  • Bills of lading and airway bills
  • Insurance documents
  • Customs supporting documents
  • Bills of exchange
  • Letters of credit
  • Promissory notes
  • Other trade-specific documentation

Your operational tools continue to manage the movement. Boex helps ensure the trade information supporting that movement is clearer and more reliable.

Give your customers more without creating more work

Boex gives freight forwarders a practical digital trade capability they can introduce without developing another platform or becoming responsible for every part of the customer’s administration.

  • Strengthen your service to existing customers
  • Differentiate your forwarding offer
  • Support customers entering new markets
  • Reduce avoidable administrative work
  • Create more repeatable customer workflows
  • Help customers become easier to serve
